About Delphi

Delphi is a qualified counsellor, well-being trainer and mindfulness practitioner.  She started her therapeutic career about 20 years ago, working with the bereaved.  She now works mainly in the community promoting mental health maintenance, and helping people get their ’sparkle’ back, often during or after a difficult time in their lives.  She delivers well-being courses and workshops including Stress and Anxiety management, Building a Resilient Mindset, and Relaxation through Mindfulness.  Delphi also has a special interest in dreams and appears on TV Shows like Loose Women and ITV’s This Morning.
